Now we have build a quartersim and dont want to destroy our old Cozy Comforts Extasy. You can rent it in best condition for 7 k a week. You can put your own tipjars and rental boxes. It has a nice special strip club, an AFK Harem, an Office, a three floor Gallery, a modern House and a wonderful Beach with a Stage. It has about 8.000 squaremeters land and about 3500 prims.
